Robert S. Fletcher, principal attorney for the Fletcher Law Practice, has represented several clients in a wide range of legal issues throughout California. In law school, Robert received several accolades for his studies and volunteer work. He represented the school’s environmental program for two years by acting as President for the Environmental Law Society. He also participated in moot court competitions and negotiation competitions finishing in first place. At graduation, the school issued him an award for excellence in his studies.
After graduating from Golden Gate University and passing the California Bar in 2005, he began working for small firms throughout California. His worked focused on representing businesses on a wide range of issues. Work included formation, drafting and negotiating contracts, and litigating business disputes. During 2007, Robert worked for the State of California at the State Coastal Conservancy. While at the Conservancy, he worked with the State to help revitalize and protect California coastal land by working with non-profit organizations and local governments.
After leaving at the end of 2008, Robert opened the firm to continue his work with businesses and non-profit organizations. The firm now seeks to help individuals dedicated to their businesses and passions.
